e bond's illustration of abstract tree rings is the first in our series of limited edition FUTURE WEATHER T-shirts and tote bags. e is a Philadelphia artist and old friend of mine from Anthropologie. We decided to start with tree rings to reflect Laduree’s belief in reforestation and the themes of generational histories in FUTURE WEATHER.

Made from a range of sustainable materials, each item was screenprinted by hand at SPACE 1026 in the heart of Philly's Chinatown. Once they're gone, they're gone, so if you like this print, we suggest buying it now. With every purchase you make, you're aiding in the production of FUTURE WEATHER in Summer 2009 and planting ten trees on degraded lands through TREES FOR THE FUTURE.

Tree Rings Tote Bag, Reused

We scoured our favorite thrift store in Philly for the coolest jersey we could find. A snip here, a patch on top, and you have a lightweight, durable bag. Our new summer line (not pictured) uses eclectic graphic tees as the body to give each bag extra character. Neon, purple, or red stitching. Reused T-shirts for both body and patch. Machine wash. USA.
