Thanks so much to our fans for your patience over the past five months of our marathon junket. After the Netflix contest wrapped, I headed to LA for the Film Independent Screenwriters Lab; then it was back to the east coast for four weeks at the Nantucket Screenwriters Colony; and I ended the fall with Kristin back in LA for the FIND Producers Lab.

It was there that we were awarded a generous grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, whose mission is to support films (and other media works) that contain a scientific element.

It was an exhilarating few months of travel and learning and an honor that Future Weather could be our ticket. So where does it leave us? With a lot of support and a web of new allies who are helping us put Future Weather into production in 2010. Stay tuned...and have a happy New Year!!
